Elders
Jimmy has served as an elder since 2015. He previously served as a deacon from 2005-2015. He is currently the president and a teacher of J.O.Y., a group that meets on Sundays @ 9:45 AM in room 103. He and his wife, Joy, have four children and six grandchildren. He enjoys fishing and competes in local competitions.

Steve has served as an elder since 2001. He previously served as a deacon from 1978-1981 and as an elder from 1981-1984. He has one daughter and two granddaughters. Steve loves to serve the Lord and the people of NTCC. He is retired from both the US Air Force (1966-1995) and the Paper Mill. He enjoys spending time with family and friends by going to the beach or fishing.

Toby has served as an elder since 1996. He previously served as a deacon from 1992-1996. He and his wife, Lois, have two sons and four grandchildren. Toby has a big heart for helping with fundraising for the Youth Baseball Association since his retirement from International Paper in 2001.
Toby Neville
Jimmy has served as an elder since 1992. He previously served as a deacon from 1989-1992. Jimmy was ordained by the leadership of NTCC under Dale Morris in 2013. He and his wife, Wendy, have one son. Jimmy works as a professor at Texas A&M. Jimmy also leads Devoted, a group that meets on Sundays @ 9:45 AM in room 110.
